Re: Young Folk Portfolio .. Buys and Sells.

Today I added to TROW .. APD .. TMO .. DHI. -- I also trimmed UTG.

I hold a few CEF's in the Young Folk Portfolio and I have them set up on dividend reinvestment. As they grow in size 1.5 to 2x a full position, I will trim them back in size and use the proceeds to add to other equities.

TROW had corrected in price by 40% and in doing so it became undervalued and I decided to add a small amount.

APD had corrected more than 30% and that brought price down to a more reasonable entry point.

TMO is one of the 10 core holdings in this account and one I wish to build in size. At this time analysts are rather bullish on TMO with 49 Buy calls and just 7 Hold calls, nobody is calling it a sell. I thought TMO to be fairly valued at this price level.

DHI is selling at a huge discount to fair value. The Consumer Discretionary sector was the worst performing sector year to date and as a result DHI dropped in value by nearly 30%. Morningstar has fair value at $113 and CFRA has fair value at $172. The closing price today was $80.41 so it is still selling at a steep discount to fair value.

UTG has been trimmed back and is now just a little more than a full position.
