Doesn't matter.. The fact that we WERE funding biolabs in Ukraine, right on Russia's borders, is sufficient to give Putin some propaganda points. Imagine if Russia were funding Biolabs in Canada or Mexico.. How much crap would the US be raising about it? AND there's THE FACT that Fauci was funding Wuhan and SOMEHOW, Moderna's patented Furin Cleavage Site gene sequence found it's way into the SARS-2 virus that came out of there.. I'm sure "Nature" just looked at their patent and said.. "Hmmm.. this might be a good way of making myself (the virus) more transmissible from my bats into humans".. If Mexico had Russian Biolabs, you can be certain we'd be invading within days to weeks.. So now we gave Putin the excuse to invade Ukraine.. Hawk
