Bill, I think you jest! With the effort you spend, I would hardly consider you lazy. I think that Jim and I are on the same wave-lenght. The point being that one most consider the composite of the DJIA and not rely on the Composite. The weekly MACD issued its first bullish signal since May. Further, since 8/22 the trend has definitely been down, even though we have made three round trips to the 8,200 level. It looks like the trend is changing. Berney
