I think we are losing a little bit of our focus here. Like some have posted TVSI was just an empty shell waiting to be filled, now it will be, by Planet Sports. The key to Planet Sports and Mr. Rabbe, is will they pull off the following:

"Of the initial transactions planned, Planet Sports has reached a preliminary agreement to acquire Next Level(TM) Sportsystems Inc. Next Level(TM) has launched a sportswear and apparel line aimed at youth team sports and young urban apparel. Next Level(TM) expects to achieve over $10 million in sales in 1998 to accounts including J.C. Penney and to department stores and mainstream, big-box sporting goods retailers. Next Level(TM) projects growing to in excess of $60 million by the year 2000."

I am betting they will. So in my mind our questions should be about "Next Level".

Either way I think the market has determined and will determine that this company is going to make some major money. I look for big day tomorrow. I think we will start out .10x.125, and go from there. If I get the chance I will post the opening bid/ask. This usually happens around 9:25.

Good luck tomorrow,

Rob.
