Folks, may I respectfully suggest that you take the "filtering" debate over here?: techstocks.com Although it is certainly within the realm of what this thread has evolved into, the kill-file discussion has become overwhelming. Perhaps a focused discussion will bear some workable ideas. By the way, and for what it's worth, once upon a time there was a thread titled "How to Improve SI" that started out like much this thread and was soon consumed by the "filter" discussion. It was a raging debate with many hundreds of posts, and it soon became "personal" between some of the participants. Several users had their privileges suspended, and the thread is now archived in the bowels of the SI server in a final resting place. Hopefully, history will not repeat itself.
