Markets are discounting mechanisms, so my buy conditions and yours will coincide. It is hard to put a fundamental value on a stock that does not pay dividends and you have no control over the board to ensure shareholder friendly policies. So it can only trade based on the technicals. BABA is now at 5 year lows. There is actually a chance that it will drop into 60s. There needs to be a capitulation before it can build a base and move up. At what point will the people who declared BABA an opportunity of a lifetime will sell their shares?
