The government has an Alternative Fuels Data Center dedicated to the various alternative fuels available - their site is afdc.nrel.gov. I've gone ahead and e-mailed the information on the Arcon DF-144 ethanol octane enhance based on reply 6 of this subject. The reason being I was unable to search on the various options on this issue... when all else fails e-mail. Living in Southern California and its smog problems and having worked with So. Cal. Gas on Compressed Natural Gas vehicles and stations - this issue is definitely a live wire and the potential is great...if what Arcon has stated is accurate. I live close to the South Coast Air Quality Management District, which is the agency that governs air quality regulation in this area, so tomorrow I'll call to further look into the DF-144 option. AQMD can be found at aqmd.gov. If anyone has any specific questions on this issue feel free to e-mail them to me. Enjoy. Vipul P.S. Gary, Thanks to you and Jimbo for your efforts. Finally, we're dealing with something I have at least some knowledge of. I was a "drilling mud engineer" , originally with OBI Hughes, later to become Hughes Drilling Fluids for 4 1/2 years before the "crash". I've been out of the field for years, but the info everyone has been posting appears, on the surface, pretty exciting. I've purchased a small position in this stock, and it looks very promising..
