Keith,

I know a guy who shorted YURI heavily based solely on its high PE ratio and wish that it would miss earnings due to Asia flu. He did it since last Nov. (maybe he covered it right now)...however, it seems that basically you can short any high flyer issue during Nov. to early Jan. to make a nice gain. I believe that technically YURI should move up. Although I am still confused with its last Friday's move, YURI is still up close to 3 points last week. And lots of issues lots points after posting good earning reports (CPQ, INTC, etc) and gradually coming back. Maybe we are seeing a similar trend here.
I did have a good position with YURI. If I were to cover some downside risk, I would have bought some puts on the issue. However, I decided that I won't buy insurance with this company since I believe the weakness is really just temporary, especially when the market sentiment is kind of bullish and the market tone is much improved compared with several weeks earlier.

good luck,
larry
