I blv that the warrants are trading at such a premium due to intense speculation of the stock price. High warrant prices *can* mean that people think the stock will hit the equivalent price by the time they are redeemable. So i think it's a good sign... but the warrants could fall just as fast as they have risen.

The warrants are like long term options. They are good until 2002 that means that they have a high premium because of the long time until they expire (expiration time sensitive). Actually, the premium on the NWCM warrants is still quite cheap and the warrants look still attractive in my opinion.
