I see the PR war on both sides has fallen back to flogging "recruiting wars"... touting the latest talent additions to the home team as... hmmm... I would categorize it as... "space filler" occupying a void... in terms of "real impact" Although, in context... a clear win for team Ukraine... as the opening act in the re-invention of the supposedly mighty Russian empire... seen as it bogs down badly in its opening gambit... is reduced to recruiting "war lords" from the provinces to validate a reason to fear them... Reality though... zero net impact... just propaganda as distraction...
