Gary, The case you are presenting seems to boil down to some kind of conspiracy theory. First, REFR management has to be in on it. Second, Hankuk has to be in on it. Third, all of the private money invested in the company has to be either mistaken or also in on the conspiracy. Fourth, a lot of advisors (some not paid by the company) have to be in on it. Fifth, IEEE has to be on it because they published a favorable article about SPD. (IEEE is a respected electrical engineers publication.) I know they're not in on any conspiracy. All of the foregoing tell me that SPD devices are genuine, not some kind of vaporware. Without a transcript of what management said in previous years, I have consider all such comments as hearsay. I like what I'm reading and hearing right now about SPD. Not just from REFR, but from outside bodies. Your main concern, if I read you correctly, are hidden flaws with SPD devices that will prevent commercialization. This is why you keep insisting on a product. Fine. That's the safer course. What has convinced me is that I have read the scientific papers on this product (IEEE and SPIE). Some brilliant work was done along the way by REFR. Since I've ruled out the conspiracy theory, I'm left with a company that has a revolutionary product that appears close to commercialization. That alone is worth an initial investment. Maybe not the farm, but a basic bet of serious size. Looking at your message again, I should ask what are you really saying? That this whole SPD thing is a scam by management? Do you honestly believe that there is no chance that SPD devices will ever be commercialized? PM
