Re - Insider sales by ex-officers.....

It is not unusual at all for ex-officers/employees of an organization to sell shares after leaving. These sales, especially in a stock with little float, like VLNC, really suppresses the stock price until the selling pressure subsides. When Gates or Einser sell their shares, their company's stock price maintains itself cause there are so many shares outstanding. In VLNCs case, with only 23M shares O/S and so few holders, big boys dropping their shares will cause price pressure.

However, when the selling subsides, the price usually moves back up, barring no bad news. So, if they are out, we should indeed see $5 - $6 within a few weeks, and $10 if there's good news at the conference call.

Good luck to you all.

HI Larry!

I know that you talked to Zeev Heed about VLNC but never saw any answer. What was his opinion?
