We're about three weeks into the shutdown. The old mill liners have been removed, and the gold that was trapped within the mill has been recovered. We're awaiting final determination of the actual gold content prior to recalculating the mill grades and recoveries.

More "western"-style records of mine production are being developed, and will be used to: 1) assess the actual vs. planned mine grades and dilution and 2) establish controls for further mining. This is in progress with two geologists and the on-site assay lab. Tailings expansion is being designed, and engineering plans drawn.

Basically, it looks like the shutdown is progressing as planned.
