You haven't been paying attention from the start. Putin made his plans very clear and they did not call for immediate "victory" I have had this same discussion on this board in the past. The plan was to encircle and defeat the military units with as little damage to the cities and the civilian population as possible. They did not try to fight like we do where we destroy infrastructure and bomb the cities. I have told you that before. They wanted to keep as much of Ukraine intact as possible. So far, they have done it the way they said they would. WTF up. You have been hypnotized by the brainwashing.
