No one in his sane mind would look at the property market as we look in the west.

Alex, my friend, whom I chat with (we worked together in Africa for some 7 years) told me the ones (quite a few Huawei guys like Alex) who entered earlier.
  • Bought.
  • Cashed in
  • Used money to migrate
  • Set business abroad.
In 2015 government saw how big capital flight was put an end to it.
