It is from TASS, so I would not read to much into it, State operated.....Although I have almost zero trust for the western purchased press either.....TASS & Purchased Press = Same thing..... IMO, if you want to get a deal done with Pooootin....Go max sanctions on him an his buddies....100% attack their wealth.... Maybe you eventually get a multi-national force (including Russians) in Ukraine + weekly/monthly weapons inspections.... Blue hats / Red hats....Maybe the US can pay for it all....again...
