I am up this year being heavily long select healthcare, consumer stables and utilities, along with hedging my portfolio with shorts and SH.

I have even gone long select tech stocks over the past 2-3 weeks, including MSFT, HPE, and GOOG and they are all up so far, nothing dramatic, but they are up. I swing trade. Market is headed up into tax day in mid-April. May-June should result in more turbulence.

I expect the lows from yesterday in GLD to hold. If it doesn't hold, I will adjust. I am not one to complain or hold onto a losing position for long.

I tend to hold what is working unless my intermediate term targets are hit and minimize my losses.

Maund should just stick to his charts. Talk about starving populations to decrease the world count is way out in left field.
