I think it's fairly late to be making a bullish farmer investment. Maybe two months ago, but now?

What if the Russia invasion of Ukraine collapses in a few months? Farm related stocks will likely plunge in response.

I think you're better off investing in Taiwanese companies as they dropped in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but the global response has been so strong relative to expectations I'd wager China is LESS likely to invade Taiwan than before, so you can catch the upwave in Taiwanese stocks as it becomes clear China is not invading any time soon.
Buy SIMO!

AGCO. I like the idea, but do not find any companies compelling. AGCO is my favorite in the sector but N America is only 24% of their sales. PE says "value", but I'll watch for awhile, and may miss the boat.

I own DE (one share); CNHI building position (some Youtube farmers use their equipment) AGGZF, they build the grain storage bins.

I notice many of these farms use fork lifts & telehandlers so been looking at JLG (OSK & JLG a subsidiary) and others. Many of these companies are building smart lifts( think Robot fork lifts) for warehouse/logistics.

Love AGCO but not cheap and may/could have problems selling into EU.

Have a price target for AGGZF in low $40's w/ avg cost at $21.50/share.

Maybe better values in these fork lift companies. Look at TER

17.5 Forward PE; very little debt; $19 Billion Market cap

I sold out at $105 and want to start a position again.
