Louis: 16.7M shares outstanding. 10M restricted. Been over that point many times already. And if you are going to ask me to prove it, what do you want me to do, scan a copy of the stock certificates into my computer and post the images? that is what Damian has consistently said for the past 6 months that I have spoken to him. That has not changed. The misinformation on this thread is the result of many inexperienced people attempting to gather their own versions of "due diligence" and altogether bungling the job. 90% of these people never even spoke to Damian. Damian has stated that ACCY is en route to becoming a reporting company at which point we will have the written confirmation that all the naysayers so desperately seek. He is building a company in which his reputation counts significantly more than in other industries. He is not going to jeopardize that with false or misleading information. If you still don't believe the outstanding share and restricted share amounts, perhaps Damian will fax you a copy of the articles of incorporation or some other method of proof. Frankly, if I were him, I would have lost my marbles awhile ago with the amount of stress the small shareholder has already lumped onto him. I apologize for sounding rude. I guess I don't have his patience. I will work on it. Flightlessbird (considering Prozac)
