Why blame only NATO/USA, the current dominant empire, when wars have been going on since 10,000 years under different empires and kingdoms.. A new empire takes place of the old one which collapses. If NATO/USA step back, other empires could takes over in the vacuum. If this has to change, it will take a common understanding among all humankind. A step in the right direction would be when the dominant empire plays fair and not get into wars with no real basis. -Arun
