35 percent of Americans support nuclear war with Russia…
... and what the Pew article actually said ...
35% favor U.S. military action even if it risks nuclear conflict with Russia
It is not clear from the Pew article whether those who favor military action actually "support nuclear war."

Instead, they are willing to accept the risk, because they obviously don't think the risk is all that great.
