you haven't been following the war or you would already know that his new weapons have been held in reserve for the possibility of a war with NATO. That was said from the start. He hasn't even been using very many Iskanders. Maybe one the whole war. He is using none of his new armor. Just old stuff. lol We do the same thing. If we don't need it, it gets left at home. You need to learn more about it.
