Hello Sir PAUL...hehehe...actually, INTC is most fortunate in not being a victim of Imelda's mine operations (not the precious metals), as in - "this is mine, that one over there is mine, and what is yours, is mine." The new Cavite fab is probably in Rosario, a place designated as Export Processing Zone Authority (aka tax free zone). The Science & Industry Park is in Laguna, a "Special EPZA", I think..lots of special Epza's popping up, where the former US Naval base was located - Subic. BTW, your buddy Pancho is all over the AOL board, where he says he's short AOL at 70's, 80's, 99's & 110... exactly how many pure genius buddies ya got? hehehe...just felt a sonic boom as INTC just roared past 87...have a great day...//dom
