Mark Levin talks about the Convention of States a lot in order to amend the Constitution to fix things like that. Otherwise, it has to be passed by 2/3 of both houses of Congress. Like that'll ever happen.

The 22nd amendment is for the Presidential two-term limit, so I'm not sure I'm tracking you. The 17th amendment provided for the popular election of Senators. Before that, they were selected by State Legislatures.

Article 1, Section 2, Clause 1 of the main body of the Constitution sets the election terms for Representatives, but doesn't set a limit on reelections.

Article 1, Section 3, Clause 1 of the main body of the Constitution sets the election terms for Senators, but doesn't set a limit on reelections..

I guess there could be an amendment to the 22nd amendment, but the more likely thing would be to tack a new one on the end of the list. Looks like that would make it the 28th amendment.

Oh look, MoveOn.org has that one staked out! Actually, by the title, it doesn't seem like a bad idea, but it may be a poison pill - a bridge too far. First things first.
