Clarence Thomas Admitted To The Hospital Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was hospitalized with an infection according to court officials. From Yahoo: Supreme Court Associate Justice Clarence Thomas has been admitted to a hospital and diagnosed with an infection, court officials said Sunday. Thomas, the most senior associate justice on the high court, is being treated with intravenous antibiotics, the court said, and his symptoms are abating. Officials said Thomas was admitted to Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C., on Friday evening after experiencing flu-like symptoms. Court officials said Thomas expects to be released from the hospital in a day or two. The justices are set to hear oral arguments on Monday but the court indicated Thomas would not take part remotely but would rather “participate in the consideration and discussion” through court records and audio of the arguments. This is breaking – will update this as we learn more
