For people who want removable storage to use for backups and supplemental storage, I agree with the author that SparQ is the best deal around. Very hard to argue against. The only question about it is whether SyQuest can stay in business. If I were just now shopping for my first removable, and my main purpose was for backup, I'd probably take the chance and buy a SparQ drive. Actually, it makes sense to have a SparQ for backup and supplemental storage, and a Zip for sharing files with others. - Allen
