If the claims about Ukraine being a money laundering clearinghouse for elites and western politicians are true - and of course at this point, we don't know if that is the case, but if so - it would beg the question - how many more countries receiving foreign aid from the U.S. are having $$s skimmed off the top before they see a dime of that aid? That might be one explanation for how some of the people who represent us in congress have become so filthy rich?
