Hi sm1th,

Hoping to find a new stock to sell puts on.

Trying XRX (Xerox) for a small tracking trade.

Yesterday I filled 10 $19.00 April puts for 50 cents. 24 days from expiration.

If assigned the $1.00 annual dividend will yield $1.00/18.50 = 5.41% dividend yield. If expires, I get .50/ 18.5 = .027027% / 24/365 days or 41% annualized.

If XRX dips below the $18.00 level, it'll be an even better trade. It's seen $17.58 and$ 17.51 in the last 5 months. It pays a $1.00 annual dividend.

XRX has a bit of an older tech image, that may not be totally deserved.

Watching to see if it is in a horizontal trading range that can be frequently preyed on.
