There's been a flurry of 144s over the last week. The insiders apparently feel that $40 is an excellent price to sell at.

2/2 Richard Snyder 25,000 shares
2/4 James Taylor 5,000 shares
2/4 Bart Brown 1,000 shares
2/5 Andrea Waite 25,000 shares
2/5 Ted Waite 375,000 shares

Never one to argue with the experts, I picked up a few June 35 puts this morning.
