Hi Mike, I asked Noam that exact question, Re: Spin-off possibilities at TSM and he deflected the question Jokingly (Is that a word?) What is he supposed to say...Yes? :-) It makes more sense everyday. It's good to hear from you around here. It has been so quiet here. Were has everyone gone? In Blue chips short term? Interesting MRVC move to 29-1/2 through resistance, then immediately went down. Is it just my imagination or has MRVC's stock price been moving opposite the DOW? IMHO it will probably take a takeover or some sort of unusually great News to move the stock up into the mid thirties. I'd like it to prove me wrong (after you get on board, again):-) John
