There were several things that happened there and I thought they were mostly good as compared with previous remarks. Barr had previously (maybe on CNN) stated there was no fraud, unqualified. Now, he has softened a bit -- still there is no fraud, for sure, but yes, there was cheating. Even though it isn't actionable, it is certainly worth pointing out from time to time. I try to point it out to Facebook and Twitter about, oh, maybe, 20-30 times a day lol...
