Bruce and others:

As a side note; In one of Mark Rosenberg's past posts, he said something that made a lot of sense. We should all watch very closely to what Hammer ends up with in terms of technology. Remember, Stream management valued patent assets at zero. These patents were for proprietary technology that cost Stream, I believe, over $150 million dollars to develop. That $150 million was with STLC money! If those patents are now in the hands of and are the basis of a successful Hammer company, then maybe a case could be made. All this is a little fuzzy because Mark brought this up about the time Stream declared bankruptsy. Any comments?
