Hi Voyager,

That quarterly earnings breakdown you offered in your last post is that of Bob Cihra, Furman Selz. Despite the fact that he lowered first quarter estimates recently, he left his estimate for the year unchanged. For what it is worth, I think his numbers are at the low end of the range of likely outcomes.

His earnings estimate for 1999 is $ 1.60 per share. I think he is "low" there, too.

Have a good day.

Eugene Lang, according to what I could find, was the former Chairman of a company called REFAC from 1952 until 07/97. I think he was also the founder of "The Make A Wish Foundation". He has held shares for many years. Their was one other filing holder who moved outside of the U.S. and while I have never seen a 13D filing which indicated he sold 'em, I don't believe he has to file as a result of his move. If you go back and read the proxies over the last couple of years, he has not been listed as a holder over 5%, but I have never seen a 13D filing which indicates his sale. Have a great day.
