In regard to the home builders, I think you are fighting a losing battle as long as 10/20 year rates rise. I was long some home builders in 1994, remember RYL? Gold/Silver are interest rate sensitive too, but they are war metals. Wish you luck with KBH, but don't see that stock going anywhere in the Bond bear.

Reduced HHS quite a bit right before the close. A break out that fades out at the end of the week is a warning sign.
