Well, I was limited to only three market groups, so I named the top three which are the most diversified and most promising for the future...

Sure, health care, there's commodities, there's interest rates, there's domestic and global infrastructure, there's utilities, there's consumer discretionary, there's banking and finance, and so on...

For the top two or three I would stick with what I named...

The precious metals, not really, there are much better performers that grow over time, if you buy an ounce of gold today it will not grow into two ounces tomorrow...

I do trade them and I have them in my optimized portfolio, but I don't see that group as a primary investment or growth sector, it's a novelty sector which can be traded...

Sure, it may increase in value but so will so many other market groups that to focus on precious metals as a serious investment group is missing the point...
