Everyone knows Russia and China have a history of bulldozing into the Earth the bodies of the millions and millions of their victims. Regardless of their flaws, their adversaries don't have much choice but to to respond when these kinds of threats are made. Besides.........it is the nature of man to threaten and metaphorically bump chests like gorillas when their hormones rule their actions. I don't see that changing much, so all we can do is hope cooler heads prevail.
