I think it’s muddled thinking. Looks like he compares nazism with Soviet style socialism - the latter collapsed on its own, while the former “worked” enough to sustain itself, and had to be defeated at a great cost. It’s just silly.

I guess it did work until it failed from 1933 to 1945. 12 years The Soviet system worked from 1933 to 1991. 58 years America has worked from 1776 to present. 246 years Egypt worked under the Pharaohs over 3000 years...
