Arena Minerals (AN-V) Strategic Shareholders to Exercise Warrants for $7.368 Million

Arena Minerals is pleased to report that it has received warrant exercise forms for the exercise of 36,838,546 previously issued warrants for total proceeds of $7,367,708.

These commitments consist of 18,419,273 warrants at a strike price of $0.25 for proceeds of $4,604,818 and an additional 18,419,273 warrants at a strike price of $0.15 for proceeds of $2,762,890. These warrants had expiry dates of July 23 and 2023 February 25, 2024 respectively.

The completion of the warrant exercise and issuance of the underlying shares is subject to warrantholder regulatory approval, which is expected to occur in early Q4 2022. The proceeds of this warrant exercise will be used for the development of the Company’s lithium assets in Argentina, for potential acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.
