Law enforcement and the entire criminal justice system knows who the dangerous misfits are. When the apprehend dangerous villians, they should destroy them. The dangerous animals should never be released on bond, period. They should be destroyed. The constitute a relatively small segment of the population, yet they the ones who make life very dangerous and very miserable for law-abiding, peaceful citizens. Harvey and all violent perps should be permanently put down. They have absolutely no place in civilized society, and I don't want my taxes paying to incarcerate them. I want my taxes paying to quickly execute them, en mass. Bottom line: Many wonderful and innocent young women, girls, and elderly people would be alive and well today if the criminal just system would erase violent villians instead of siding with the lawless and releasing them back into public!
