Kevin, the Wiltshire selling was previously addressed on this thread. Theory is that they just wanted to take some profit and although they sold some shares, Wiltshire is still an owner. There has been other institutional buying as has also been reported on this thread.

Today's volume was huge as we ended the day on a new high. APCO is going higher. At a PE of 20 it is selling at a discount to its growth rate.
