Igor: I browsed through the 13G/A filing and it seems that Fidelity just filed with SEC that they have 10.63% of the stock (in all the mutual funds combined). As of 6/30/97 they had 8.757 mm shares as per SEC Disclosure database. I do not know how timely this information is and what the rules are for filing these forms (may be someone knowledgeable can help us here) and also what those Item No's on the Form 13G/A (especially 5,7 and 9) imply. Also options activity was a bit more than usual today. Just wondering who would want to buy approx 500 calls for Feb 17.5 and Mar 17.5 for 1/2 and 1-1/8 knowing the history of price movements of this stock! Bay announcement can certainly take this stock above 20. Pam
