Paul & Mr. Daver: Thank you for your excellent and substantive posts.I'm VERY disapponted in Gary. Yesterday, in my post, I said that I thought that Gary was sincere and further, that many of his questions were legitimate and reasonable. Many people, Dixon, Paul, Daver, and myself responded to Gary's questions, in depth and even agreed with some of his concerns. Yet INCREDIBLY he still asks the same questions ("exactly when will a product be out"). It is as if we did not deal with his questions. Gary wants a "simple" and definite answer to a question which cannot be answered accurately in a simple and definitive manner. His next step is to engage in an ad hominen attack on Mr. Saxe and Mr. Harary. Also, uses innuendo ("adventure down under") to question management's integrity, etc. I met Bob Saxe several times he strikes me as an incredibly decent person who is straightforward and honest. He admitted during a shareholders meeting that he made a mistake in investing in certain Australian securities in the hope of getting a higher return for REFR shareholders...then said that from that point on would stick to U.S. Treasury's. He never evaded any of my "hardball" questions and indicated that that the original contact person at GE, who was really enthused about SPD left and I commented that since GE is such a huge corporation and has so many things goint for it it would probably be difficult for them to refocus on SPD. I further noted that a medium or small company that was "hungry" would be more apt to give the SPD technology the attention it deserves. This point was shown to be true in light of Mr. Daver's post quoting an independent source. It is only during the last year or so that REFR has begun to engage in VERY RESPONSIBLE public relations. Mr. Saxe, in person and via his corporte communications has avoided any "hype". His statements have been responsible and based on current developments. In light of Gary's persistence in demanding to know the exact date and time when a product using SPD will be on the market despite details explanations as to why such is not possible and in light of his atttempt to question the honesty and motives of SPD management despite evidence that they are honest and straightforward, I believe that Gary it is a waste of time to engage in any further dialogue with him. Too, I may have been wrong about his "sincerity" since his adhominem and sarcastic remarks call his motives into question
