Interesting ... As I have mentioned I am part Chinese .. We were raised very Chinese (Cantoneese) We wasted NOTHING .. especially food... Dad grew up in Chinatown slums where I spent kindergarten through grade 3.. at a Chinese Catholic Mission school in Montreal.. You must know a lot of nouveau riche Chinese ? Mom , white, was even poorer.. thought dad's folks were rich as the kids lived in same place from childhood.. High end slums LOL At the table if my kids were going to waste meat especially meat.. my line was eat it.. something died so you could live ... respect that... if you think all this climate stuff is not being used to keep China and India down.. well you are missing something on the realpolitik front for sure :0)
