Good points. And remember, people were selling this for under 24 last week. So there must have been some bad news priced into the stock. I just don't see how they could have been expecting 39 cents this quarter. That would have been a year over year growth of nearly 40%, accounting for the increase in shares. To sell so close to book with that kind of growth would seem a little desperate to me.
