Locogringo,
In 8 months, after the election, bumbling Biden will be neutralized and won't be able to cause much more damage. That's why the Dems are going bonkers now and telling Biden to go for broke and do EO's up the wazoo.
First of all, the power of the executive branch has greatly expanded over the past two decades. The Brandon administration can still get around the checks and balances and do a LOT of damage.

Second, no way his handlers are going to let up on the executive order nonsense. They'll keep shoving the papers onto his desk and telling him "Sign here" and "Say this on camera."

Third, remember when Obama established the ill-fated Iraq agreement without the approval of Congress? The Constitution specifically mentioned that treaties MUST be ratified by a 2/3 vote of the Senate. So how did Obama get around that? By calling the agreement "not a treaty."

Finally, remember the last time Congress ever declared war, as the Constitution requires? That's right, shortly after Pearl Harbor. Since then, we have fought war after war after war without ever declaring it.

Brandon can still do a LOT of damage between now and January 2025. And if you impeach him, Brenda becomes president, and she's arguably worse.
