Twice this morning I tried selling a stock at market, and got a "cannot confirm order" warning. I tried two different servers. Finally, I went to the express server 7 and it confirmed immediately, selling at market. Checking my Daily Activity shows "Not Placed" for the 2 previous attempts, and sold for the final attempt. I took a screen shot because I'm a little worried that this is the kind of strange inconsistency that has been reported by others who suddenly found they'd sold or bought more shares than they initially received confirmation of.

Any one else experiencing "Cannot Confirm Order" warnings?
