Even in March of 2019, I felt free to drive into the city and do normal stuff like shop, watch shows, and go to baseball games. We went to the Duke/Arkansas game at Chase Center Saturday. Went early and hit up a number of local microbreweries. I used an App called Spot Hero to get a cheap parking lot near the freeway. (5th and Brannon) No security and down the street from a homeless shelter. I was concerned but fortunately the car was still intact after the game...
