All politicians have their shortcomings. Incumbents become complacent the longer they remain in power in the sense that they primarily serve themselves rather than their constituencies. In that respect, most politicians suck. Also, they become bureaucrats in the sense that they strive for watered down consensus rather than results. With that being said, some are better than others. I vote Dem because I prefer social programs over tax cuts. Not that I am enamored with every social program out there, but given the choice, I'll choose the social programs. Sure, in a way, they are both wasteful and unnecessary. Biden sucks, but he is better than Trump or Desantis. As for VP Harris, I'm not sure what she stands for. When you get down to it, Harris is spineless.
