To All, JBuilder vs. Visual Cafe.

There is a minor news today about java development tools.
www1.newsalert.com

Can somebody with experience of Visual Cafe tell which one is better, Jbuilder and cafe? I believe cafe went to market more than a year before Jbuilder, it is already in 2.0 version, but which one is better?

I got my Windows magazine last weekend. They have a winlist for excellent products in each category. In development tools, they are
BCB, Delphi C/S, VC++5.0, VB5.0, in internet tools, Introbuilder 1.0 and Jbuilder professional are listed, but I did not see cafe there.

You can also find this list on:
winmag.com

TIA.

At the risk of causing thread drift, would anyone care to present their definitions of First, Second, Third, and Fourth Generation languages?

That way the discussion can be based on common understanding rather than just invoking a mantra of third vs fourth generation language.

I know there's a bunch of you out there that are always touting their programming ability. Providing these definitions ought to be a piece of cake.
