Chip: Regarding Buffett's Ag purchase -- I suspect increased industrial demand for silver; due to size and conductivity vis a vis copper for space and military application. Your thoughts of a monetary role for silver in Europe may not too far fetched. I think Staff may offer a valuable perspective on that prospect? Oil seems to be a safe bet under the circumstance - particularly on the short-term. A lot depends upon the Iraq situation and the speed of crisis maturation. Gosh the Astrocom site was a depressing read this weekend. Biked the snowmobile trails this last week. Ah yes, good old dopamines. Ciao, Ted
